Q – What currency are the prices listed in?
A - All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Q – Do you accept partial payment for FavePay Later?
A -Yes we do ! Just screenshot the payment you have made via FavePay Later together with the top up difference paid to our PAYNOW UEN: 201208206R and send it our email: admin@mainzempire.org. Please ensure the total amount is equals to the amount on your order page.


Q - Having problems checking out after adding your items to cart? 
A -Clear cookies in Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.

Alternatively, you can try using a different browser or a different device.

Q - Are your brand new iPhones activated ?
A - For brand new telco sets we ensure even if they are activated it would not be more than 7 days unless stated otherwise. For the number of days the set has been activated would be covered back under our Seller's Warranty.

Q - What is Buy Now Pay Later?
A - It is a payment option by GRABPAY or FAVEPAY or ZIP PAY that allows you to get the items you need now and pay later with no interest. You can use either debit or credit cards from any banks to make your purchase.

Q - How GrabPay Later works?
A - Select GRABPAY as your payment option and we’ll help you divide the total amount into four interest-free installments. Pay only 1/4 of the amount upon checkout and receive your items first.

Q - Is Self Collection available ?
A - Sorry self collection is currently unavailable at the moment till further notice.

Q - Do the products come with any warranty?
A - Yes, all Local Sets and Telco Sets come with the respective manufacturer's local 1 year warranty, unless otherwise stated. All Export Sets comes with 3 Months Seller's Warranty unless stated otherwise.

Q - In the event if there is a particular phone or tablet model that I am interested in purchasing but it is not listed on your website, would you be able to order it in?
A - Yes we would most likely be able to order in any models or brands of phones or tablet that is currently still available in the market even if it is not listed on our website but it would take about 5 to 7 working days upon order confirmation. Please do drop us an email or message with the details of the model you are interested in together with its capacity and color and we will revert to you within 48 hours or earlier.

Q - Would the models that have to be ordered in be also eligible for the monthly interest free installment plan by GRABPAY or FAVEPAY ?
A - Yes, they would also be eligible. You would just need to choose the option to pay by GRABPAY 4 months interest free instalment option or FAVEPAY 3 months interest free instalment option upon checking out on our checkout page. Please do remember to ensure you have sufficient amount in your Grabpay or Favepay Later wallet for the first instalment payment.

Q - Do you buy back or accept trade-in of used phones?
A - Yes, we do accept trade-ins for certain models and we also do buy back selected used phones even if you are not buying any phones from us but depending on the phone model and condition. Please drop us a message or email regarding the phone model and specs to check with us first.

Q - What is Seller's Warranty?
A - Please refer to Seller's Warranty on our Menu page.

Q - Do you offer any Installment plan?
A - Yes we do. Just select GRABPAY or FAVEPAY or LATITUDEPAY as your payment option and your purchase will automatically be split into 4 months(Grabpay) or 3 months(Favepay/Latitudepay) instalment at 0% Interests.

Q - Do you accept orders outside Singapore?
A- YES, we accept orders FROM OVERSEAS AS WELL. The shipping charges will be based on the delivery address you have entered and the shipping charges would be shown automatically on the payment page just before you proceed to make the payment for your purchase.

Q -What if I do not have enough credit to make a Pay Later purchase for the item I wish to get?
A - No worries, just drop us an email or WhatsApp letting us know the item you wish to purchase, your available credit amount and the remaining shortfall amount for the item and we would try our best to work something out for you.

 
Q - How long would it take for me to receive my order if i purchase through GRABPAY?
A - Orders would usually be sent out within 1 to 3 working days unless stated otherwise. Alternatively, you can opt for express shipping @ $12 which will be delivered within the next working day.

Q - Are there any other hidden charges?
A - No, all our cash payment prices are listed as is. There are no hidden charges or gimmicks. You will get the phone and it's full original contents.

Q - Do you provide after sales service?
A - All mobile phone manufacturers will handle any after sales services directly. NONE of them support exchange policy. We understand customers prefer to have 7 days exchange. However, without the manufacturers support, we cannot provide goods exchange for the customers. You could contact the relevant companies for any further queries or details with regards to this.

Due to this NO exchange policy, we recommend all customers to have their phones or products tested before they leave the premises of our office or upon delivering by our delivery personnels for orders via Local Delivery. Complaints made after such time will no longer be entertained. We understand that this may not be the best arrangement, that is why we feedback to manufacturers but they still insist that all after sales services must be handled by their respective service centre, without a promise for an exchange on new defective mobile phones.

Q - What if the phone I purchased is defective?
A - If the product that you purchased is defective, just bring the product's warranty card and our invoice to the corresponding manufacturer's service centre for repair.

Q - What are the modes of payment?
A - For local payment, we accept Bank Transfers, PAYNOW, PAYLAH!, FAVEPAY, GRABPAY, ZIP PAY, LATITUDEPAY, SHOPEE PAY, REVOLUT and payments via credit/debit cards using PAYPAL. For overseas payment, the preferred payment method would be via PAYPAL or to our REVOLUT account @mainzempiresg.

Q - How can we contact you?
A - We can be contacted at +65 8895 7045 (WhatsApp) between 12pm to 10pm daily. If your calls or messages are not being attended immediately, we would like to apologise as we may be busy and we will revert within a 24 hour time frame.
