I had ordered a local set initially, but due to unforseen circumstances outside of Mainz Empire's control, it wasn't readily available.
However, the issue was clearly communicated to me with transparency, and Mainz was willing to go through more trouble at their own expense in order to fulfill my order in the fastest way possible, while keeping me updated.
As a result, I received my order much, much earlier than the promised time (big surprise) - and the product is brand new with no defect as it should be.
Big kudos to the team, and the owner of this shop! They've just earned a loyal customer, very much recommended to buy from Mainz if you're looking for quality product, customer service & delivery! :D
