This is my first purchase from an online shop for a big ticket item. After conversing with the staff regarding the availability of the product for a couple of weeks, I found that he/she/they were patient with my questions and took the time to check, reassure me, and make sure everything was in order for my order, including recovery service for a mistake that was made over the availability of the product.
I am appreciative for his/her/their help as (1) the product was sold out in Singapore, so the product had to be brought in from China but with global ROM; (2) free screen protector, phone case, and SIM card slot opener were provided when I mentioned I tried hunting at physical stores for covers for the product and could not find any and that the SIM card slot opener was missing from the box (could be missed out during production and packaging in China); (3) being pleasant throughout the entire time (from the time I first enquired until my phone and accessories were delivered).
The product was delivered sealed and unopened in a paper bag with a set of free Bluetooth earphones with mic and a free phone stand. The accessories were mailed some days after and arrived after a holiday.
