Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
When we are unable to offer you an exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery are subjected to approval.
We have a "NO REFUND POLICY" once an order has been placed and confirmed but there are situations whereby we would allow an exchange of another item of equal value or more (Buyer to top up the difference).
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are due to a PRODUCT DEFECT. CONSUMERS' DEFECT would not be eligible for an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or drop us a Whatsapp at +65 8944 3804.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for any lost mails if you opt for local postage as your option of delivery as local postage would be send out via Normal Mail through Singpost without any tracking details. We will be able to provide you with a proof of postage upon request should such a need arises.
As for purchases made in Singapore, items would be checked on the spot with our delivery personnel for courier orders and for mail orders, should there be any product defect upon receiving the item please inform us immediately and we will proceed with an exchange after confirming that it is a product defect. Refunds would only be made if we are unable to provide an exchange for any product defect upon receiving of the order.
As for items purchased overseas, due to our variety of products kindly drop us a message with regards to the different products you are interested in and we will reply with the additional details(if needed) and warranty length. For items damaged during the course of delivery, please inform us immediately or within 24 hours upon receiving the item so we can start an investigation with the courier company. For defective items reported after 24 hours upon receiving, it will be covered under the warranty terms for the product by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise.
